We are now offering our Rent To Own purchasers the option of having a house built for them. Yes, you get to choose colors, countertops, etc. This is a little more pricier but it is well worth it. Most home owners walk away from the buyers/closing table with in upwards of $25,000 of INSTANT EQUITY! This option does take roughly 4 months from the start to finish but if you can wait the 4 months, this is an absolute great deal! Where else can you go to get a brand new home built just for you with not so great credit???

The answer to that question is DESIRE! I don't charge A DIME to show you the 10 homes. I don't charge you a dime to help you purchase a home. The only money out of your pocket is the money you put up for earnest money!
Oh and one more thing, Most of the time, you also get rent credit each and every month you pay on time! JUST LIKE A REAL MORTGAGE!!!!
Some things to know:
- Your Earnest Money is usually between 3 - 5% of the purchase price of your home. ($100,000 home = $3000 - $5000 down)
- Your monthly payment is somewhere between 0.85% & 1.0% of the purchase price. This depends upon how much the purchase is and how much you want as rent credit monthly.
- We give you options to your monthly payments.
