Because Audra works with so many different types of markets (Price Ranges), she has come to know that not everyone will qualify for what they truly want. With that said, Audra works with those clients to help them build equity and get a running start at that dream home. She has a lot of background in helping to choose just the right home for her clients and helping those clients get the best deal.
Audra is not afraid of the bottom dollar. She will suggest the price range she believes you can probably get the house for. Of course, you can go higher or lower, but she is always there to bounce your ideas off of.
Audra is also a very fair person. She is not out to make the most dollars on each and every transaction. She is willing to suggest to you a lower price that she believes you can purchase the house for thereby "sacrificing" her commission. Everyone is out to make money on a house sale. All realtors involved, the seller and the buyer. Audra BELIEVES that if she can get you the best deal on the purchase of a house, you will refer her out to 5 people and she will make 5 times the amount she "sacrificed"! She believes in the saying... "What goes around, comes around!"
